Fourteen Cleveland Browns players walked the runway at Huntington Bank Field on Tuesday evening alongside young patients from University Hospitals and The Littlest Heroes. The event, a recurring annual tradition, paired the athletes with children dressed in Halloween costumes for a fashion show. The organization The Littlest Heroes provides emergency financial aid to families dealing with pediatric cancer and other childhood illnesses. The stadium was filled with Halloween decorations, food, and candy for the attendees.

The roster for the evening included wide receiver KC Concepcion Jr., tackle Spencer Fano, cornerback Myles Harden, center Elgton Jenkins, running back Quinshon Judkins, safety Donovan McMillon, linebacker Winston Reid, long snapper Rex Sunahara, kicker Andre Szmyt, center Luke Wypler, linebacker Carson Schwesinger, linebacker Quincy Williams, safety Grant Delpit, and safety Zion Washington. The players selected their own outfits to match or complement the children's attire. Sunahara wore a giraffe costume while Szmyt appeared as a banana.

Sunahara praised the variety of outfits, noting that Schwesinger's pirate costume was a strong choice. He also mentioned that Concepcion arrived with a Fred costume from the movie "Freddy Krueger" or similar, describing it as a cool selection. Szmyt highlighted Williams' choice of a Joker costume as a favorite among the group. The players helped the children navigate the runway, holding hands with shy participants and guiding them through poses at the end of the walk.

One young boy dressed as Lightning McQueen from the Disney-Pixar "Cars" franchise ended his walk with a loud "Ka-Chow!" declaration. Fano, who dressed as Super Mario, described the personal significance of the event. He noted that many of his family members have faced cancer and that his best friend passed away from the disease at age 17. "It means the world for me to be able to come out here and hang out with them," Fano said.

The night included spontaneous interactions, such as an impromptu sumo wrestling match on the runway between Fano and a young boy. Williams shared a special handshake with a child during the event. Williams summarized the goal of the evening, stating, "Positive moments, great memories, and then on top of that, just having some fun for these couple of moments." The event concluded with the players and families sharing smiles and laughs throughout the night.

The fashion show served as a community gathering for the teams and the patients. The children and their families spent the evening at the stadium, engaging with the players in a casual, festive environment. The pairing of athletes and patients created a series of shared memories during the Halloween season. The event continued the team's tradition of spending spooky season with local pediatric patients.
