The UFC has released its remaining 2026 fight cards, setting up three distinct storylines for the final months of the year. The schedule spans a main event for a rising star, a heavyweight title defense, and a crossover bout for the BMF belt. These events are spread across the fall and winter, offering fans a mix of established stars and emerging threats.
Renato Moicano headlines the first of these events on Saturday against Tom Nolan. Moicano is fighting in front of a home crowd in Brazil for his fifth time headlining a UFC event. He sought a high-profile opponent after defeating Chris Duncan in April via knockout and submission. That performance earned him a brief booking against Brian Ortega, but Ortega’s injury at UFC 332 pushed Moicano back to the drawing board. He now faces Nolan, a fighter who recently entered the lightweight Top 15 by defeating Fares Ziam.
Nolan enters this fight with momentum from his critical acclaim in the lightweight division. Beating Moicano would provide him with commercial recognition to match his recent critical reception. Moicano, known for his loud personality and veteran status in the sport, gets a difficult test in a man who has been climbing the rankings steadily. The bout serves as a clash between Moicano’s draw and Nolan’s recent form.
The next major event takes place in November at Madison Square Garden. This card features two title fights involving heavyweight champion Ciryl Gane and women’s bantamweight champion Kayla Harrison. Gane will defend his newly won heavyweight title against Josh Hokit, a fast-rising contender. Harrison will face Amanda Nunes, a long-awaited matchup that was originally scheduled for January but delayed due to Harrison’s injury.
The final event on the current schedule features BMF champion Charles Oliveira defending his belt against Diego Lopes. Lopes is a two-time former featherweight title challenger making his debut at the lightweight weight class. He will face Oliveira, who is widely considered one of the best fighters ever to compete at lightweight. The fight pairs Lopes’ striking and grappling skills with Oliveira’s experience in the division.
The UFC schedule for 2026 now includes these three specific matchups for the latter part of the year. Moicano fights Nolan on the upcoming card, followed by the Madison Square Garden event in November, and concludes with the Oliveira and Lopes BMF title fight. These bouts represent the primary scheduled events for the remainder of the year.
