Moody Global Media released the second and final part of a sermon series on Colossians 3 on October 29, 2026. The episode features Dr. Mark Jobe, who addresses the concept of renewing the mind within the Christian faith.

Jobe serves as the founding pastor of New Life Community Church, a multi-campus organization based in Chicago. The church operates more than 25 locations across the city. Jobe also founded New Life Centers, a ministry that serves thousands of at-risk youth in the Chicago area. He previously served as president of Moody Bible Institute.

The teaching focuses on shedding old attitudes and adopting a new self. Jobe instructs listeners to declare God's perspective on their lives each day. He describes the process as moving beyond using one's old nature to combat that same nature.

The program, titled Bold Steps with Dr. Mark Jobe, airs as part of Moody Bible Institute's media offerings. Jobe shares his ministry and life with his wife, Dee. He emphasizes the power of God's Word to transform lives through candid and topical teaching.

The broadcast includes a promotion for a gift titled The Church In Babylon. The item features authors Erwin Lutzer and Ed Stetzer discussing the call to be a light in darkness. Listeners can visit or watch Mark Jobe at New Life Community Church to hear the message in person.
